Updated Visa Requirements for Indian Passport Holders Visiting Laos
Indian passport holders must now secure a visa prior to entering Laos. Below is a comprehensive list of required documents to support the visa application process:
Documents Provided by Indochina Tours in Laos
As a fully licensed travel operator in Laos, we are dedicated to assisting you at every step. We will supply the following documents:
- Telex Document: Provided with your tour confirmation to support your visa application.
- Invitation Letter: An official letter issued by our reputable travel company in Laos.
- Approval Letter: Obtained from the Laos Immigration Department to meet entry requirements.
Documents Required from Travelers
To complete the visa application, we kindly ask travelers to provide the following:
- Valid Visa for the Next Destination: Proof of a valid visa for the subsequent country on your itinerary.
- Round-Trip Flight Tickets: Confirmation of flights to and from Laos to validate your travel plans.
- Cash Requirement: A minimum of USD 1,000 per person in cash may be required upon arrival. This is typically mandatory for Group Inclusive Tours (GIT) but may not always apply to Free Independent Traveler (FIT) groups. We recommend having this amount ready to avoid any issues.
